We will provide you with a professional on-site evaluation while asking you all the important questions, performing relevant tests. Taking measurements and pictures.
When the on-site part of the estimate process is completed. The next step is 3D Design
2. 3D Design Consultation
Our experienced design team will help make the image in your head come to life before a single nail is hammered. They'll use the newest technology to create drawings, plans and 3D images that are yours to keep. You will imagine yourself cooking in your new kitchen, or living in your new addition.
3. The Written Estimate
Your estimator will use all of the information from your on-site visit and the design to send you a detailed written estimate broken down into itemized pricing according to your specifications and needs, which creates transparency and simplifies your decision on the final details. You will meet with a designer in our office to complete a revised budget. 4. Signing and Scheduling
The hardest part is over! At this stage, we finalize the job start dates, collect the first instalment, and book the next step of the project - the walk-through.
5. Walk-through
To ensure that we understand your exact needs .At this point we will also provide you with a folder containing the details to prepare for the renovation process and a breakdown of the job phases including answers to any potential questions you may have.
6. Open Project
Congratulations! Your project is now underway! Your project manager will perform site visits daily to check up on the progress and answer any questions that you may have.
